Today I presented preliminary results of the FLT3-ITD monitoring project and the getITD program that I am developing for the respective analysis at the acute myeloid leukemia study group (AMLSG) meeting in Hamburg.

The AMLSG is an internationally recognized union of several German and Austrian groups that studies AML, initiates clinical trials and supports central biobanking of patient blood and bone marrow samples for follow-up studies, including the basic and translational research that our department performs.

getITD has since been published in Leukemia.
